Promo codes: what they unlock and why we do not list them

A promo code is a short word or string of characters that tells a casino's system which offer you should receive. Enter it in the right field — usually during registration or in the cashier before a deposit — and the linked promotion is applied, with its own terms. That is all a code does. It does not make an offer better, and it does not change the rules that come with it. This page explains how codes work and what to check. It does not publish codes for MyStake or anyone else.

Why there are no codes on this site

There are three reasons. First, codes change frequently and can be restricted to particular accounts, countries or campaigns, so any list goes out of date quickly. Second, our buttons are partner links, and the operator they lead to is chosen by a partner network — a code for one brand would mean nothing on another site. Third, publishing codes is advertising for a specific offer, and this site is written to explain, not to promote. If a code applies to you, the operator will show it in its own promotion section.

Codes from third-party sources

Codes are widely shared on forums, social media and messaging groups. Some are genuine, many are expired, and a few are bait: the code comes with a link to a look-alike site designed to collect logins or payment details. Treat any code from an unknown source with care. Type the operator's address yourself or use a bookmark you trust, and never enter login details on a page you reached through an unsolicited message. If a code does not work, that is usually because it has expired or is restricted — not a reason to try a different website.

Reading the terms behind a code

Once a code is accepted, the promotion it unlocks behaves like any other bonus. The questions are the same: how many times must something be staked, is the requirement on the bonus alone or on deposit plus bonus, how long do you have, what is the maximum stake, and is there a cap on winnings? Our guides to wagering and bonus terms go through each one. A code never overrides the terms; it only selects which terms apply.

Codes and the urge to deposit

Codes are often presented with a deadline — valid this weekend, for the next 24 hours, for the first hundred players. Time pressure is a marketing tool, and it works best on decisions that have not been thought through. If a code is the main reason you are about to deposit, pause and ask whether you would deposit without it. If the answer is no, skipping it is the better choice. Our responsible gambling page has more on keeping decisions your own.

Questions about promo codes

Do you publish MyStake promo codes?
No. We do not publish codes or claim that a code unlocks a particular offer. Codes change, can be limited to certain accounts or countries, and are part of the operator's marketing. If a code is valid for you, the operator shows it in its own promotion section.
Is a code from a forum or social media reliable?
Not necessarily. Codes copied from third-party pages may be expired, restricted or not genuine, and links that come with them can lead to look-alike sites. Only enter a code on the operator's real site, reached through an address you trust.
Do promo-code offers have different terms from other bonuses?
They usually follow the same structure — wagering, deadlines, stake caps and sometimes a cash-out cap — but each code is attached to its own promotion terms. Read those before entering the code.
